Strategic Partnerships

Seachange partners with a select group of accounting firms across New Zealand that support high-performing mid-market businesses.

When their clients are ready to sell or grow through acquisition, these firms choose to work with Seachange for our specialist expertise in business sales and our reputation as a trusted, reliable advisor.

We collaborate closely with our partners to ensure robust, accurate information is available, enabling us to deliver the best possible outcomes for our mutual clients.

Sam Fillmore Testimonial
Over the past decade, JFC has engaged Cam White on multiple occasions to support us in identifying, approaching, and negotiating strategic business acquisitions—including both full (100%) and joint (50/50) ownership transactions.

Cam has consistently impressed us with his deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure sectors, coupled with strong financial and commercial acumen. His ability to build trust and credibility with all key stakeholders has been instrumental in achieving successful outcomes.

Cam brings a thoughtful, pragmatic approach to complex negotiations and demonstrates a genuine commitment to delivering value. We highly recommend Cam and Seachange Advisory to any organisation seeking expert guidance in business acquisitions or strategic growth initiatives."

Referral Rewards

Recognising Trusted Partnerships

Referral Rewards is Seachange’s way of giving back to our valued partners who trust us to support their clients through business sales or acquisitions.

Through this formal arrangement, partners can earn up to 25% of our Success Fee for referring qualified opportunities. Rewards can be directed either to the partner company or to an individual, as formally agreed.

Alternatively, partners may choose to have their reward donated to a charity of their choice - either in their name or their company’s name.
