Principal Advisor
With over 25 years of experience in the financial markets of Sydney and Auckland, Cameron White brings deep expertise in the sale of mid-market businesses. His career includes 13 years at a chartered accountancy firm and a private investment bank, where he specialised in transactions ranging from several million to over $50 million.
In 2021, Cameron founded Seachange Advisory to deliver investment banking-level expertise tailored to the unique needs of mid-market clients. His industry experience spans construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, import and distribution, retail, and service sectors.
Outside of work, Cameron is a keen golfer and a member of Remuera Golf Club - making a round of golf a great way to start a conversation about your business sale.

Nick Sandlant
Consultant
Nick Sandlant brings over 25 years of investment banking experience, having worked in global financial hubs including London, Dubai, and Auckland. Most recently, he has worked with a boutique investment bank.
Throughout his career, Nick has successfully listed two companies on the NZX and led numerous capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate advisory projects for mid-market businesses across New Zealand. His strategic insight and broad industry expertise have helped clients achieve their growth and financial objectives.
